After purchasing a townhouse which i later found out was built in the 80’s… i noticed the upper floor was cold. Had a few companies come in to assess, but it was mark oconnor at envirotech who explain what needed to be done and the options. I needed a top up of insulation in the attic from r32 to r60 standards and also needed to insulate the ceiling of my garage where a bedroom was situated ( cold feet syndrome!). The team was thorough, clean, and could tell took pride in their work. I can feel the benefits now as the main floor is now super comfortable and insulated. Can definitely feel the difference! Excellent work and fairly priced!
